Dog vomiting and not acting himselfI am taking my dog (6mo male pitt bull terrier) to the vet in the morning but just wanted some advice he is not him self at all today, he has been throwing up clear foamy liquid and he has a yellowish stuff comming out of his penis. they told me to take food and water away until his visit tommorrow. also he usually barks at people when we go for car rides today he just layed on my lap. i am really worried. | |
Dog with demodectic mangeAfter buying my puppy (4mo female Chihuahua mix) I found out she has mange. "Demodectic Mange" My question is are dogs allowed to be sold with mange or breed with mange? How bad is Demodectic Mange and can she get it again once it is treated? | |

Dog with changing splenic mass size on ultrasoundIn your opinion what is the most likely reason for a first ultrasound report to show a 10x8x7 cm splenic mass followed by another ultrasound 8 days later(different radiologist)showing a 2.8cm splenic mass? could it be shrinking, or is it more likely one of reports was wrong? My dog is a 10yo female neutered Labrador Cross. | |
Dog with lump on ribcageRight below her rib cage in the center I noticed a hard bump. Kind of round. You can't feel it unless you are pressing on it. I don't know if it's part of her anatomy or something to be concerned about? It may have always been there and now I am just noticing, but I just wanted to make sure this is normal (i.e. ribs, organ, muscle, etc). Hopefully I am just being overly concerned. Thanks for your help! |

Dog digging carpet
My dog (5yo female neutered Blue Heeler mix) is outside during the day and inside at night. I've only had her for 6 months- I got her from a friend. During the past month, she started scratching at our carpets ruining them. She only scratches them around the walls never in middle of the floor. Why is she doing this and what can I do to get her to stop?
