Puppy with turned eye

I have purchased a puppy (female English bulldog) from a breeder I found online that lives about 5 hours from me. I haven't received the puppy yet because she is only 5.5 weeks old - I will be getting her at 8 weeks. I have been receiving pictures of the puppy from the breeders and every picture I've received the puppy's left eye is looking towards the far left. Even when it appears as if she is looking straight ahead her left eye is to the far left. It seems to me that she may have a lazy left eye. I have asked the breeder about this but haven't heard back yet. If it's true that she has a lazy eye would you recommend that we still purchase her? What can you tell me about pets having lazy eyes? How will this effect her health & personality? We visited her several weeks ago and didn't notice her eye because she was sleeping about 95% of the time. Her brothers and sisters were more active and in pictures I've seen of the other pups they always seem more active and lively. The dog we are getting always looks sad in her pictures. Is this a sign that something is wrong? PLease advise. I really appreciate your time and help. Thank you so much.

Dog with lump under skin

This dog (2.5 yo female neutered hound mix) has recently been picking fights with one of my other dogs, and sustaining minor injuries. While looking her over after one of these altercations, we discovered a hard knot under the skin of her upper chest. I would say it is about 3 or so inches across, and it moves with her skin. There was a small wound from a recent fight in that same general area, but it was only about as big around as a dime, if that. It does not seem to be affecting her behavior at all, and it doesn't hurt her to press on it or move it around. Any idea what this could be, and what I should do about it?

Dog thunder phobia

Grover (4yo male neutered Labrador) is extremely scared of thunder, lightening and rain. He has what we call anxiety attacks. His heart rate shoots up, he won't stop panting, slobbers all over the place and emits an oder. What can we do for him?

Dog with recurrent hives

My dog (11yo female neutered Labrador) has been on prednisone(2.5-5mg)day for 8 yrs.for allergies(itch).9 days ago developed bad hives on face and body after routine vaccines(aug.9) and extremem itch- 1st time ever).I assumed it was a reaction to shots and treated with benadryl(with a vet's advice). 5 days later happened again though,(aug 15) and has lasted for four days but I had changed her brand of food that day(Aug 15)(still lamb and rice formula though). My gut says it's the food but is is just a coincidence that it happend also before the food change due to vaccines? I'm so confused - benadryl helps but head keeps getting hives - body too. My vet says usually vaccine reaction would have under 1 hour after and she was 3 hrs so unlikely from the vaccines. She is so swollen until I medicate her - then hives subside till next day. Nothing else new in her life.Should I go back to previous food? This happend one other time two years ago - we guessed then it was our lawn sprayed for weeds or an insect bite but that time it cleared up after two days. Now has been 4 days. Please help!

Add to Cat losing hair with itchy skin
About a month ago my female neutered Siamese mix cat lost all the shine in her coat of long hair, and refuses to come into the house, preferring to remain in the garage. She is shedding her hair and it comes out in big clumps. The skin on her back near her tail is flaking off, like large dandruff, and the hairs have tiny black things on them near the base. This area is very itchy and when it is touched, she goes into an involuntary biting spasm. She also has small scabs on her skin spread all over her body. - Click here to read the answer
