Dog with bad body odor
My dog has a bad odor I bathe him once a week he eats good quality food. After his baths he smells good for a couple of days and then he starts to get a bad odor. I've changed foods and shampoo. I bathed him yesterday. Last night I found the source of his odor its coming from the bottom of his paws underneath between his tows. I think when he scratches his head or body he wipes the odor on his coat and thats what causes him to smell. I looked at the bottom of his feet and their a reddish color and they smell really bad. The only idea i have is it might be his pea gravel where he goes to the bathroom.I pickup after him daily and hose down the gravel once a week.Any thoughts would be great thank you. |

Dog digging carpet
My dog (5yo female neutered Blue Heeler mix) is outside during the day and inside at night. I've only had her for 6 months- I got her from a friend. During the past month, she started scratching at our carpets ruining them. She only scratches them around the walls never in middle of the floor. Why is she doing this and what can I do to get her to stop?
