Dog with bowel and urinary accidents in the house

My 9.5 yo female neutered beagle has been drinking water more than she normally does and has had several accidents in the house, both urine and bowel movements. Her bowel movements have some blood and pus-like substance in them. I suspect that when we were at my son’s for Christmas that she got into some bones out in his yard. She has never dealt with bones well but usually throws them up. She also got into my husbands jerky stash about two weeks ago and ate quite a bit of that which I would think would be out of her system by now, but wanted to mention it. If she has bone chips or larger pieces of bone in her digestive system how can I help her pass them? She does not have the ravenous appetite that she usually has. What can I do for her?
