Changing dog sleeping habits from bed to floor

My dog (4yo male neutered Jack Russell mix) has been sleeping with me in my bed since I first got him when he was 6 weeks old. I have loved having him sleep with me, but now I am dating someone who would like me to train my dog to sleep on the floor. This has been very difficult for me and my dog. I am looking for advice on how to help my dog get used to this new routine without having to punish him for something I have always allowed before. I would like him to be able to still sleep in my bedroom, just not on the bed. What should I do?

Cat urinating on beds

My cat (16mo Bengal female neutered cat) started to urinate on my beds about a month ago. So far she has done it 5 times (twice on my Guest Room bed where my niece sleeps when visiting and 3 times on my bed). She is very close to me and my niece. I have another 9-Month old female cat. Both cats get along well and play often. Both sleep with us frequently so it is not that she urinates on the beds all the time. Both cats are VERY clean and has never pooped anywhere close to where they eat and sleep. All 5 times happened after she discovers my 2nd cat sleeping with us. At 1st I thought its jealousy but I started to observe her habits and find that she is slowly losing weight (she used to be 2.8 kg, she’s now about 2.3, 2.4 kg) and drinking more and urinating more. Otherwise she eats normal and I feed her canned food and dried food from Nutro, Evolve and Back to Basics, no change. She plays normal too, very energetic, sleeping habits normal.

Giving up dog because of new baby

I am pregnant and my husband is demanding that we give our dog (2yo male neutered Weimeraner) away. He has been my baby for the last 2 years. He thinks he is human and sits straight up on the couch and in bed. He’s absolutely adorable. My husband won’t take a chance with the baby; he says that’s not safe or sanitary. I don’t think I’ll make it without him, I’ve been crying for a month now just dreading it. Anyway, my question is, “Will he make it?” I’m afraid that he will always remember me and feel that I abandoned him. I cant make it each day knowing he is just waiting forme to pick him up and crying and panicking. What do you think? Please tell me he’ll forget soon.
