Dog with lumps behind the jaw

I recently noticed some swelling directly behind the jaw on my 10 yr old female neutered boxer. There are 4 distinct lumps that move freely (2 on either side) and do not cause her any pain or discomfort. She is eating and drinking well and her energy level is fine. She is a very active dog - most people think she is still a puppy. She has had reactions to insect bites in the past - usually resulting in lumps over her entire body, with a large number on her head and face so that was what I thought when I first noticed the lumps in her neck. When I checked her again this morning, the lumps have not spread from her neck. She is acting completely normal - should I be freaking out more that I already am??
