Cat weak and vomiting

My cat (6yo male neutered domestic short haired) lives indoors and outdoors. Recently it became very weak and cant walk much and is not eating for the last two days.
It either through vomit or excretia gave out black stools or vomit, not sure whether it was vomit or excretia.
It was seen eating mud, so my mom has kept it inside and is giving it electrolyte fluids through a small spoon.
Its tough to hold his particular cat, we have 3 more and a dog, so my mom with help wrapped it with a towel to avoid it from scratching and struggling and the vet gave it a poison antidote injection.
Earlier on it had a wound on the neck from a fight with the other cat, and we had treated it with antibiotics. It was limping before because it had jumped from the roof down.
Right now its weak, hardly can walk lying on my mom’s bed, while she is feeding it electrolyte fluids.
My mom and dad live up in a small town atop the mountains of southern india where there are three vets and none of them are very good. This one vet we use is the best of the lot who actually cares a lot of the animals and wanted me to seek outside help so that he can act on it.
