dog with recurrence of mammary tumor

Last year my Belgian Shepard (7yo neutered – after the tumor) Heidi had a tumor removed on her mammary gland. The vet also removed the gland and she was spayed at that time. The tumor was cancerous but the gland was benign.
This week I noticed two more cysts near the same site. The vet said that this was unusual also they felt firm. Monday Heidi will have the two cyst removed and a chest x-ray done to see if there is any sign of cancer in her lung area. My question is if there is no mammary gland why would the cyst grow back and since she was spade and hormones are not being produced what are the chances of these cyst being malignant. Please add any additional info you can and what would be your advice.

dog depressed with frequent urination

My husband and I adopted a very loving dog Beagley (8yo female neutered Beagle). She went pee in the house for two days after we got her and that was all. About 6 months ago we adopted another femailebeagle from TN. she had all her shots. they got along but Beagley seemed depressed and never quite bounced back fully though she still get excited alot. We noticed about 2 months ago she started to lose enjoyment in things she liked..she had less energy. Then about a month ago she started taking a really long time to take a pee. It came out in squirts or it would be a steady stream but a thin stream. shortly after she started to drink water more often and have piddles in the house. Sometimes the pee’s are large and sometimes small. When I’ve caught her it is clear that are by accident, even surprising her. SHe has pee’d the bed a few times too. I took her to get an ultrasound and they found no blockage. We got a urinalysis done and the found lots of protein and white blood cells in her urine but no cancerous cells or bacteria. Finally I had blood work done and they said it was fine..no cushings or kidney disease. They suggested maybe it is behavioral but I know beagley adn this is not her. I have exhausted all my extra money on her and don’t knw what to do but get her a doggie diaper. They even put her on amoxicillian and it did not help. I noticed a lump the other day on the right side of her neck. I think the md aspirated it a year ago and found it was fatty but I can’t remember. She had two fat spots, one on her abdomen and anotehr on her chest but I think it was a different small spot on her neck. I desperately need some help for Beagley. What do you think it is????

stray cat with swollen eye

I think the cat (stray on my street) was in a fight a week or so ago…His one eye has been watering & its red…the white part at the corner of eye is pink & the eye itself looks funny. The outer area of the eye is swollen. The cat let me use a cottonball soaked in water warm on the eye once but I have not been able to get near enough to try it again. What else can I do to help the cat or will it get better on its own? The cat is kinda crossed-eye so I am concerned that the good eye is damaged….he acts like he can’t see real well. Thanks for any help that you can give me!! I don’t think I can get it in a carrier to take it to the vet. I have tried to put some antibotics in the food but I am not sure if he ate it.
