dog being restless at night uncomfortable
Estee (5yo female neutered Maltese) was normal yesterday. She got up late last night to poop (normal) and then for the rest of the night, and this morning, she has been unable to get comfortable. She lays down and then sharply sits up. She looks at her back end, and her tail moves to the side, and she stretches her back and back legs continuously. She will only lay down for moments at a time, and cannot settle down at all. She wants up and down off of the bed, but WILL NOT jump off the bed now. She has been trying to sleep sitting up. She does have a knee cap that pops out, and does quite frequently jump off the bed, as she did last night, but this has never happened before. I can’t tell what is bothering her exactly, and I don’t want to make the Vet come in on a sunday, if it’s not a problem.

dog with undescended testicles
This is my first male papillon (7mo). I bought him for breeding. His testicles have not dropped yet. My vet says they won’t. The breeder says they will. My question is, If they do not drop is there anything medical that can be done? This dog is a very rare color, I searched for a year to find him. Selling him would be my last resort.

New puppy with tummy and skin problems
We got our puppy (9week old Cane Corso male) last saturday, which he was shipped from New York to Durham, N.C. and our new vet is not familiar with the breed of cane corso which makes us uncomfortable. so we thought we would give this a try. We also have multiple questions so this may seem like a lot. Our first visit, they found coccidia in his fecal exam, and he is under medication we give him for the next 14 days. It seems as though 1 hour after we medicate him, his stomach expands/bloats 2 times its regular size. also, he sleeps an incredible amount of the day, which worries us. our vet said the stomach size is not from the medication, but i can’t seem to think what else it is. our second problem is a small bump on his head. it is hairless, but doesn’t seem to bother him, but it is concerning us. the vet just said we will keep an eye on it. should we get a skin sample from it to make sure it isn’t mites or mange? about 2 hours ago we were looking at the puppy’s belly and saw what look like nipples but are actually puss-fulled bumps, and we have no clue what it is. the dog was de-wormed by the kennel we bought him from, so could it still be worms? Im not sure if all these problems are somewhat normal in puppies or not, or if we should be angry with our breeder. Do you think i should try to find a vet that knows more about cane corsos than our current vet? Are most of these problems really serious?
